Sustainable building design features

DEFA headquarters - Thie Slieu Whallian, St Johns.  A tour of the building which was designed to minimise energy consumption, utilise more environmentally friendly materials and make use of indigenous, sustainable sources of renewable energy. 

Please wear sensible footwear (i.e. no high heels) as the yard, although surfaced with concrete, can ge a bit muddy.

Meet at reception in the DEFA HQ building, visitor parking available in fornt of the building and across the road adjacent to the sawmill entrance.
