Carol Concert with Readings for the Festive Season

On Wednesday 21 November, the Friends of Manx National Heritage will get the festive season under way, in a special Christmas Carol Concert at the Manx Museum.

Sheeanyn Millish Choir, led by Gareth Moore, will perform a selection of carols and festive readings to get the audience into the spirit of Christmas. With guest appearance from well-known Manx Soprano, Kristene Sutcliffe.

Nicola Pemberton, Admin & Development Officer of FMNH said:

“The Friends of Manx National Heritage are pleased to welcome everyone to celebrate the start of the festive season at the Manx Museum. Nothing beats a hearty bout of carol singing to get everyone in the mood for Christmas and we are very lucky to have the Sheeanyn Millish Choir and Kristene Sutcliffe performing for us on this special evening”.

The concert commences at 6pm at the Manx Museum, with doors open from 5pm, at the shop entrance to the Museum, with mulled punch and mince pies before the concert.

The shop at the Museum will also be open before the concert for those wanting to purchase unique and stylish gifts, many of which are handmade on the Isle of Man.

Tickets for the concert are available in advance from the Manx Museum shop priced at £3 to members of the Friends of Manx National Heritage and children, £4 to non members, although there will be the opportunity to purchase membership on the evening, offering a gift for your nearest and dearest which they can enjoy all year long.
